Situational analysis of scenarios of the development of fishing and processing for under exploited freshwater fish resources of Russia

Abstract
Current problem situation for purpose of business developing for small fishery companies is studying in presented article. The main features of this study relating with taking into account those kinds of fish resources which catching and processing of raw fish is problematic. Difference between potential income value indicators in case of optimal development business scenario and possible current problem situations indicators has been analyzed. Situation analysis methods, sensitivity and stability of the business parameters were applied for studying of typical problem situation key factors. Catch volumes and market prices for selling products have the greatest impact on the small fishing companies business performance.
